This place is a true gem: an excellent place to disconnect and to experience nature and tranquility, while being comfortable like in a 5-star hotel. The house is completely self-contained, and has everyrthing you need: a comfortable bed, a seperate kitchen and bathroom with hot shower. It's simple but clean, functional and elegant, designed not to distract from the beauty of its natural surroundings. The terrace overlooking the tropical garden is a joy for watching a broad selection of tropical birds species and ruminating, while listening to the magnificent sound of the river below. Private access to the river is easy, and there are numerous spots good for bathing and relaxing.
Perfect place to spend a couple of days of peace, reflection, love and connection, with yourself, or with your partner and with nature. 100% recommended!

I spent a few days at the Reserva las Corrientes and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, and beautiful getaway. Accommodations are basic and clean. This area has remarkable and beautiful birds and butterflies, but the best thing about it is being close to the Rio Bizcocho. The pristine water tumbles over rocks, creating pools with sandy bottoms to play in with large boulders to have a picnic, read a book, soak in the sunshine, or just relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery.
